Jay Payne powers the firm’s work with his creative engine, intense desire and whatever-it-takes attitude-to make every ad unique and innovative.
His mission and philosophy are definitive: "I want to deliver maximum impact for each client’s dollar. Political advertising presents a distinctive challenge, and I love working within those boundaries to provide realistic creative solutions. Political ads can compete with corporate advertising in entertainment value and audience recall."
Jay has created national recognized and award-winning advertising for political candidates- including presidential, senatorial, gubernatorial, congressional, and mayoral; Republican campaign committees; ballot initiatives; industry associations; and several national independent expenditure/ issue advocacy campaigns.
He joined the firm’s production team in 1998, managing all phases of broadcast production from conceptualization and storyboarding to shooting, editing and distribution.
Jay holds a MA in Political Science, Political Campaigning Program, from the University of Florida; and a BA in Political Science from Clemson University.
