In 2000, Greg directed the advertising and served as a top advisor to U.S. Senator John McCain’s presidential campaign that helped catapult the Arizona senator into the national limelight with the primary wins in New Hampshire and Michigan.
During his illustrious career, Greg Stevens produced advertising for numerous national and state leaders including: Senator George Voinovich (OH), Senator Mike DeWine (OH), Senator Susan Collins (ME), Senator Gordon Smith (OR), Senator Peter Fitzgerald (IL), Senator Mitch McConnell (KY), Governor John Rowland (CT), Governor Craig Benson (NH), Governor Bob Taft (OH), Governor George Allen (VA) and Congressman Tom Davis (VA).
In 1988, Stevens produced one of the most famous and effective political ads of all time: the Dukakis ‘Tank’ ad for the George H. W. Bush presidential campaign.
Earlier in his career, Greg served as Chief of Staff to Governor Thomas H. Kean of New Jersey, where he began his career as a newspaper reporter. He was a graduate of the University of Maine and served as a member of the University’s Board of Visitors.
